Our ten 90-minute sessions are focused on skill development and in-game decision making. We use a Constraint Led Approach (CLA) and small-sided games to create dynamic learning environments.
Players will gain a deep understanding of spacing, cutting, drive-decisions, and 2 & 3 person actions.
We'll instill the core principles of pressure and help defense to build a formidable defensive presence.
Athletes will learn how to control the game's tempo, playing with both pace and efficiency.
